By day, Frank works in Art Collection's Management and Artist Copyright. By evening, he chairs Lower East Side East River Residents Committee, a group of LES NYCHA/Affordable housing leaders/activists and is a board member of Lower East Side Power Partnership, an advocacy group in the LES. By night, Frank works on his paintings and finds time to nurture his indoor gardens and aquascapes while dreaming of a vibrant, resilient and affordable NYC that will be thriving for future generations.
